By scheduling any services with Yasmin Trifogli and Jarena Willacey, clients legally commit to all Terms and Conditions and Policies outlined herein.
COVID-19 Measures:
We adhere to all necessary practices to ensure a safe healing environment. Vaccinated individuals or those who are COVID-free and have not been diagnosed within 2 weeks of an in-person activity are welcome. We offer cleaning solutions, maintain open airways, and limit group sizes to enhance safety.
No party involved shall bear responsibility for contracting COVID-19. In such cases, we must adapt and find solutions. Compliance with state, local government, or country rules is your responsibility. If Yasmin Trifogli, Jarena Willacey, or you cannot attend an event or enter a country due to a positive COVID-19 test, all associated fees are the responsibility of the affected party. We stress mutual responsibility and appreciate your understanding.

Accommodations:
Accommodation selection is at the discretion of Yasmin Trifogli and Jarena Willacey. By making a non-refundable payment, you agree to this condition. We offer 3 and 4-star accommodations, focusing on cleanliness, comfort, and safety, rather than luxury unless an additional fee is paid for upgrades.
If you prefer higher-rated accommodations, you may arrange this independently, ensuring it does not disrupt the group's schedule. Any additional costs are your responsibility. We may offer airport transportation; please look for our representative or follow given instructions.
You are responsible for obtaining your visa and travel insurance.
No Smoking, Health, and Addiction Policy for Retreats:
To ensure everyone's well-being, smoking of any kind is prohibited at our retreats. Participants must be in good health and inform us of any medical conditions or recent surgeries. We support an addiction-free environment; those in recovery should have documented sobriety. Specific accommodations for health conditions or disabilities can be discussed in advance. Violation of these policies may result in expulsion without a refund. Your registration signifies agreement to these policies.
Weather Conditions Policy:
No refunds will be issued for withdrawal due to weather conditions if the retreat proceeds as scheduled. This policy is enforceable under Georgian law.

Hosting Private/Public Shaman Retreat:
Hosts for Blue Lotus Retreats agree to the inherent risks and release Yasmin Trifogli, Jarena Willacey, and Blue Lotus Journeys from liability for any accidents or injuries. Hosts are recommended to obtain insurance covering retreat participation risks.
By agreeing to these terms, participants commit to adhering to them in any legal setting, recognizing the right to refuse service for disruptive behavior or safety concerns. This agreement, governed by Georgian law, outlines the responsibility for compliance with international laws and the assumption of risks, including the requirement for travel insurance.
