Cancellation Policy

A $500 deposit is required at time of registration.  Deposits and any payments towards the full retreat price are refundable within 30 days after date of purchase, if paid for before May 31st. All registration deposits and payments made after May 31 are 100% non-refundable.  50% of the retreat price will be due 60 days (June 20th) before the event. Final payments are due 30 days (July 20) prior to the retreat and are also non-refundable at that time. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended whenever making travel plans.
