International Flight Details...

For Tours/Services that originate in Egypt…

I understand this Journey begins and ends in Cairo, Egypt, and that my International flights are my responsibility to reserve and purchase.  When ticketed, I will provide information about my flights to arrange for airport assistance and transfer to our Hotel.

I understand there will be NO REFUNDS upon arrival in Cairo, Egypt.

I understand Travel, Medical, and Cancellation insurances of any kind are not included. They are my responsibility and I can purchase my own if I choose.

Note:  We highly recommend travel/cancellation insurance and suggest that you research and read through policies to determine the company and policy that best for you.  Note that many policies must be purchased at the time you book your reservations to cover all your trip expenditures.

Domestic Flights Within Egypt…

I understand my domestic flights within Egypt are already included within my tour package.
I understand my domestic flights within Egypt are NOT included in my tour package price and will be my personal responsibility.
I request Blue Lotus Journeys, LLC, to reserve domestic flights within Egypt on my behalf and further agree I am responsible for full cost and agree I will provide payment as soon as possible to insure ticketing.  If payment is not received by the time of ticketing, my reservations will be released. I will join the group in New York at JFK Airport 3 hours before the scheduled departure time
of our Egypt Air group flight.   Please advise us of your personal flight information for arrival and departure at JFK.

Cancellation Policy...

Cancellations:  Should it become necessary for you to cancel your reservation with us, please notify us immediately so that we may assist you.
Reminder: The amount stated as non-refundable deposit will not be refunded.
All cancellations must be made in writing to be considered valid. 
Cancellations made 60 +days prior to departure will receive full refund due (less non-refundable deposit).
Cancellations made 59 - 30 days prior to departure will incur a 15% penalty of their tour price. 
Cancellations made 29 - 15 days prior to departure will incur a 30% penalty of their tour price.
Cancellations made 14 - 7 days prior to departure will incur a 50% penalty of their tour price.
Cancellations made 6 - 0 days prior to departure will be considered as no-shows and no refunds will be due.
For tours/services originating in Egypt- There will be no refunds due upon or after arrival in Cairo, Egypt. 
For tours/services originating in United States of America- There will be no refunds due upon flight departure from departure city.

Refund Policy…
It is further understood that our Tour Price is All Inclusive and that no refunds will be due for unused meals, accommodations, or changes in itineraries. Partial Refunds are not possible. Custom Tours and Tour Services are subject to the same Refund Policies and Cancellation Policies herein stated unless otherwise stated in the custom price quote and agreement. Blue Lotus Journeys, LLC, will make every effort to return funds (less any financial fees/penalties) within 30 (thirty) days from receipt of written cancellation notice, whenever possible.  

Regarding Your Registration:
If Blue Lotus Journeys, LLC, cancels this tour for reasons we deem necessary – all funds will be returned to you with the exception of the non-refundable deposit that can be applied as down payment for one of our future tours or services.

It is further understood that all costs are stated as of the date of tour posting to our website.  Should significant changes arise in costs, such as increased airfare prices (due to fuel surcharges or other unforeseen costs), or any other cost increases that may be due to any number of factors, these fees will become the responsibility of registrant.  Blue Lotus Journeys, LLC, will notify each registrant who will be affected/responsible for those additional charges. 

It is also understood that minimum numbers of registrants may be necessary for particular tours- services-events.
It  is understood that minimum numbers of registrants may be deemed necessary and have not been met – each registrant shall be notified and have an option of adjusted pricing or cancelling with refund.  These options will be exercised approximately 65 - 45 days before the stated beginning group tour date/departure from USA city (whichever is first) unless otherwise stated in tour listing. 

It is the intention of Blue Lotus Journeys, LLC, to cultivate good relations. 
We will do our best to accommodate personal needs as they arise.

Tour Responsibility Statement/Waiver...
Blue Lotus Journeys, LLC., is created and conducts its business with the utmost integrity, whose intention is to provide the highest quality journey possible as stated in the itinerary. The primary agent, S. Suzanne Grandon, and/or her agents act only as an agent for passengers in all matters connected with lodging, meals, site tours, transportation, and baggage handling, as listed in the itinerary. Tour leaders and managers reserve the right to cancel this tour and/or ask anyone to leave this tour when circumstances warrant.

I agree to release Blue Lotus Journeys, LLC., S. Suzanne Grandon as primary agent, Farag Hawash Mahmoud Awad, and/or those acting as agents, from all responsibility and liability for unforeseen circumstances (events, omissions, services) , and any expense incurred by such unforeseen circumstances such as acts of God (weather, earthquakes, floods, droughts, etc...), changes in schedule, fuel supplies, government regulations, acts of terrorism, injury, accident, loss, mental/physical illness/impairment of any kind, occurring during or after tour dates, in connection with this Blue Lotus Journey.
