Purchase your International flights on your own.   

All participants must arrive in Cairo, Egypt (CAI)
on or before  April 2, 2008. 

Provide us with your flight arrival and departure information to arrange for airport assistance and transportation to your hotel for check-in.

This Blue Lotus Journey Includes everything listed in the tour itinerary.  

All air and land transportation as stated, transfers & baggage handling, accomodations (including taxes and service charges), experienced tour leader(s), 
Egyptologist specially chosen for your journey, breakfast every day, other meals as stated, entrance fees/special permissions for private time at locations listed, and pre-paid gratuities (so that you may relax knowing that all are being paid appropriately).  

You are, of course, welcome to tip additionally whenever you choose for additional or exceptional service.

Also included are the special gifts/opportunities that manifest with our cohesive group energies when we set our intentions.



This Blue Lotus Journey Does Not Include- anything not listed in the tour itinerary. These costs are your responsibility.

Valid Passport (Passport MUST be valid for
at least 60 days after your return date and have at least 4 blank pages or you will not be able to board plane for departure.  Check Your Valid Dates!).

Entrance Visa - Most visitors may purchase the required entrance visa upon arrival at Cairo International Airport for about $15-20 USD.  If you are not a US Citizen, please check for requirements that may apply to you.  We will be happy to assist you - please contact us for further information.

All Beverages are your responsibility unless otherwise stated in the tour itinerary.

Camera/Video fees that may be charged at sites/locations.

Telephone calls, room service, laundry & other charges that you bill to your room, money exchange/financial fees, transportation and optional fees in your free time listed as optional in itinerary, are your personal responsibility.

Personal Items such as batteries, suntan lotion, medications, special needs/services that are beyond the scope of services listed in the tour itinerary.  We highly recommend that you bring these items with you as they are not always readily available in all locations during our journey.
